Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping based on order total and actual shipping rates based on order weight. You will be able to calculate the cost to ship your order after entering your address and before selecting your payment method. We use UPS and USPS Priority Mail exclusively.

Please use a physical street address or select USPS Priority Mail if you require delivery to a P.O. Box.

E-Check orders are not shipped until payment has cleared.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to you via email when your order(s) ships. Please allow several business days to receive your tracking and/or delivery confirmation email.

International customers please expect approximately 10 business days to receive your tracking number. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

All merchandise is subject to availability. We will contact you regarding any items unavailable for immediate shipment. Depending on your preference, your order can be changed, cancelled (in part or whole) or delivered when all items are available. If we are unable to reach you, we will either refund any unavailable items and ship all available items asap or, cancel and refund the entire order. At our discretion, we may ship items separately at no additional cost to you.
