Dear Customers - New Return Policy is Even Easier

Return Policy

At Discount Uniforms USA our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 21 days of our shipping date.

We accept our garments for return in an unworn (you may try them on for fit), unwashed and unaltered state. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.

Returns submitted for refund only will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. Customers who place an new exchange order will not be assessed any
re-stocking fees!

Exchange Instructions: (please read before returning items)

1. Place a new order online, by phone or by fax.
2. Write your new order # on the return paperwork.
    (See below for Return Instructions)     
3. Credit will be issued to your account upon receipt of your return(s).

1. Mail it with a copy of your packing slip or receipt to the address below.

2. OR you may bring it to our store with your original receipt. If you placed your order online please contact customer service at 1-800-618-7212 or email sales@discoforms.com to arrange your in store return.

Ship returns via insured mail or carrier. If you use USPS please ask for delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any delivery exceptions.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless item(s) is defective or incorrect when received.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection.
